At Home Dance Fun

scroll

"Here are some activities that are sure to bring the fun and happiness of the studio into your home! Stay safe and have fun!" Love, Miss Caitlin

Ballerina Craft:

"We love crafts here at RFAPA! This Ballerina themed one is so simple, you only need a printer, some tissue paper, glue, and crayons! If you make one feel free to bring it in to class so I can hang it up for all to see once we reopen! I can't wait to see your creations!"

Ballerina Dance Games:

"This may say Ballerina 'party' games, but these fun and interactive games will keep your ballerina on her toes. Whether letting her (or him) play the role of teacher, letting your dancer show off her skills, or just following along with your dancer as they practice some of their favorite moves, these games will no doubt bring endless fun to you and your dancer!"

Freeze Dance:

"For my Hip Hop Minis, Tap Stars, even my Ballerinas, Freeze Dance is a fun way to keep your dancer moving to their favorite songs, be it Disney or what's on the radio, I've included a link to some song ideas on Spotify but truly the choice is up to you! Whether you freeze like a robot, or an animal, or even a tree (the possibilities are endless!) everyone in the family can join in on the fun! This is truly a favorite in each and every one of my classes!"

When All Else Fails... BABY SHARK!

"Not the song you probably wish to hear everyday, I'm sure you've heard it enough, but this song has become a staple of my classes for the sole reason that it allows the kids to pretend, even for just a little while, that they are somewhere else and something else, i.e. a shark in the ocean! Creative play and imagination are such a hallmark of my classes so even though Baby Shark isn't the most pleasing on the ears, your little one is no doubt gonna have a blast having you pretend along with them!"
